WHEN ARE DUES/ASSESSMENTS DUE AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?

Assessment payments from owners are due and payable on the first day of the month. They are considered late on the 10th day of the month and are subject to late fees. Late fees are assessed each month on any balance owed over $50.00. To pay your monthly assessment online you may visit our third party payment processor HERE.

WHEN ARE THE BOARD MEETINGS?

Board meetings occur every other month. You can find all of the details on the events page HERE.

SINCE SILVERWOOD IS A CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION WHO TAKES CARE OF WHAT?

Despite Silverwood being a condominium association, each home and lot is fully owned by the homeowner. The association pays for roof replacement, repainting, and lawncare maintenance only and holds an insurance policy that covers the structures. Homeowners are responsible for regular maintenance of the structure overall including water heaters, furnaces, gutters, fences, and back yards. 

I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY HOME THAT IMPACTS THE CURB APPEAL. WHAT CHANGES DOES THE BOARD NEED TO APPROVE?

The Board requires approval for anything that may change the curb appeal of your home. This includes but is not limited to: custom doors, new windows, paint colors, gutter replacement, roof installation, landscaping, etc. Chances are, if the change you wish to make is not explicitly detailed in the CC&Rs or Rules & Regulations then it will need Board approval. Requests can be submitted via the website in the members only "submit a request" secion.

IS SILVERWOOD CONDOMINIUMS FHA APPROVED?

Yes! Silverwood Condominiums are FHA approved through 12/02/2025.
