PHASE 1 CAR THEFT

Hello Everyone,

Please be aware that there was an incident in Phase one overnight on Saturday October 30, 2021 involving a car parked in a resident's driveway. The vehicle was accessed by an unknown individual and a few personal items were taken. There was no damage to the vehicle but the owner reports that the person "ransacked" the inside. No car alarm sounded so the owner believes they forgot to lock the vehicle.

If anyone has video showing suspicious activity around vehicles in the community please share them either through the site member section or by emailing the footage to silverwood@silverwoodcondos.org.
